Casa Iuorio‘s history born exactly from the generation of our grandparents, devoted in growingup our big family with the daily and strenuous workof the fields. From them we learned to prepare raw materials and preserve the genuine products of our land: eggplants, tomatoes, broccoli, artichokes, zucchini in oil. Now we chose to propose to you the fruit of all that we learned.
In our pantry you will always find an inspiration for a fanciful starter with our traditional pickles: broccoli, artichokes, green beans, aubergines, courgettes.
You will be spoiled for choice when you dress your pasta with ready sauces and preserved tomatoes made with the typical “Fiaschello Battipagliese”.
You will amaze your guests with the superb truffle preparations and return to prepare the snack as in the past: a nice slice of homemade bread with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, the king of our table.
