Pickles: artichokes, aubergines, broccoli & Co.
As in the tradition of our family, in Casa Iuorio we make the pickles with the vegetables that grow directly in our farm in Palomonte, in the province of Salerno, where we have chosen to produce our excellences.
Broccoli, artichokes, green beans, aubergines, courgettes, hot peppers: our open-fields cultivations are the result of our flourishing and luxuriant nature. Vegetables and legumes grow in a healthy environment, where man and nature have always worked in harmony.
In each jar of our pickles is contained flavours and genuine fragrances.
Each product is prepared naturally, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and wine or vinegar and some of the typical Mediterranean herbs: oregano, garlic, bay leaves, rosemary, sage, mint. The short list of ingredients, highlighted by transparent labels, also specifies the absence of preservatives and dyes.
In the pantry we also preserve a real pleasure for the superfine palates: the grilled onion of Montoro, in extra virgin olive oil dressed with white wine vinegar, sage and rosemary.
A special delicacy for delicious appetizers, for filling sandwiches and focaccia but also as side dish, to accompany meet cheese or salami.
